this is so true. good customer support is a game changer. i tried one where the chat was just bots repeating faqs, total waste of time. now i always test the live chat with a random question before i even deposit. if they can't answer a simple thing about bonuses, i'm out.
 
the tax thing is a headache, from what i understand, any crypto gains from playing are considered taxable income here in canada, i just keep a simple spreadsheet of my deposits and withdrawals,

not perfect but better than nothing, honestly most of them are fine if you stick to the older, more established names, just avoid the flashy new ones with crazy bonuses
